If you are experiencing issues with accessing Minecraft Java Edition after purchasing both Java and Bedrock editions, here are some steps you can try:

    1. Check Your Account: Ensure that you are logged into the correct Microsoft account that has the Java Edition purchase associated with it.
    2. Launcher Update: Make sure that your Minecraft Launcher is up to date. Sometimes, an outdated launcher can cause issues with game access.
    3. Reinstall the Launcher: Since you mentioned that you already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Minecraft Launcher, ensure that you completely remove any leftover files or settings before reinstalling.
    4. Contact Support: If the issue persists, consider reaching out to Minecraft support for assistance. They can help verify your purchases and resolve any account-related issues.

These steps should help you troubleshoot the problem and gain access to Minecraft Java Edition.

    Hi ,

You will do the following: install the x86 and x64 Java versions from the links below:

    Java X86: https://javadl.oracle.com/webapps/download/AutoDL?BundleId=252626_99a6cb9582554a09bd4ac60f73f9b8e6

    Java X64: https://javadl.oracle.com/webapps/download/AutoDL?BundleId=252627_99a6cb9582554a09bd4ac60f73f9b8e6

Then install the legacy version (https://aka.ms/minecraftClientWindows), which is Java, and log in with your Microsoft account where you purchased the bundle. If it asks for a purchase, contact Microsoft at the link below:

The best way to contact Microsoft is using Home chat. Access the link below and type "Store"; there will be a Contact Support option.

Enter your details to open the chat, and a Microsoft agent will assist you.
