Trouble Installing Minecraft through Microsoft Store.

I'm having issues specifically downloading the Minecraft Launcher on the Microsoft Store. Whenever I attempt to download it always sends the error code '0x80070005'. I would also get the message that I was unable to use a folder in the C drive for the default installation even though I don't use any other drive. I have confirmed that all other apps and games install fine, it's Minecraft that always fails.

Install Minecraft Launcher and Minecraft Java and Bedrock.

Try installing the minecraft method

Update Java

If anyone is still struggling trying to download it from the store, and you keep getting those error codes. I figured out you need to download it from the minecraft.net website. Once you're on the website choose to buy it and i think it's going to ask you which format you need it for (PC, MAC, Android, etc.) then it's going to ask you to sign into your Microsoft account or make a Minecraft account. it should work!

I had similar problema - hanging store app when download button pressed.
And on another account - dissapearing store login popup.
I went to Add/remove programs -> Edge WebView Modify/Repair

And Minecraft Popup with Download button appeared

If the above solutions don't work this might help:

What I did was delete the XboxGames folder where it was being installed, and recreated it with the same name. I tried a lot of other solutions first though, so if you haven't tried all the other ones except resetting, I'd try those first
