Why keep receiving message to Update payment but i just paid for the renewal on Microsoft 365

Hi Sir/madam

Would like to check why i keep receiving pop up windows to remind Update Payment when I open my outlooks daily?
I had made payment for the subscription on 27/10/2025 Monday.

Fyi, i have added 2 email accounts in my outlook. Is it because we only can add 1 account for outlook for the subscription microsoft 365 Family?

Same issue. Already removed old payment methods as per the other thread. But every time I open a microsoft 365 app, that same image pops up.

I am having the same issue. I have paid for the yearly subscription and several times when I've opened apps I receive the screenshot notification attached.

Getting same message every time i open outlook. Made payment on 6th Jan 2026 and the system says my next payment is Jan 2027.

Hi Mike,

The pop-ups/messages/notifications eventually stop after a few weeks or was it a month (I forgot when). I think it's a server-sync issue. And what's weird is that I'm using a Family 365 - my spouse doesn't receive the notifications, but the one who paid (me) gets the annoying messages lol.

Have exactly the same issue. Consistently get a "don't lost benefits pop-up." I click on the link that shows the payment was uptodate. Very annoying.

My payment is up- to- date but each time I open Word to write something a sign appears asking me to update my payment. Please help to stop that. It is disturbing!
