How can i get back my account for recovery

I have plenty of proof and screenshots i can send can i get help in custumer service so maybe i can send the screenshots of proof of me buying minecraft on top of the me making the account and it sending me mutiple different news and things please and thank you im fed up on using microsoft i have also bought mutiple minecraft gift cards just for it to say im in the wrong region like what? And the fact that thier is no refund is insane please can i actually get some help from somebody
