How do I put a photo as my home screen page

I used to be able to have a personal photo on my home screen. There doesn't seem to be an option available to do this now.

Any Ideas?

    So my instructions is exactly what you are looking for. You can change it on the Lockscreen option.

    I believe you are saying abot the Lock screen, you can set it on Settings > Personalization > Lock Screen > on "Personalize your lock screen" select Picture > "Browse" to select the picture.

    If it is the Desktop, you can change it on Personalization > Background.
