Using Vive connnections teaams app

Question

I already have SharePoint online site, I want to use viva connections teams up.
Please let me know what I need to start using viva connections

one question: what exactly this viva connections? how we use it in the teams and SharePoint online? and what is the benefit of using this viva connection?

and to use this viva connections, sharepoint site has to be home site with communication site with or with out office 365 group connected? Please confirm. I assume home site is root sharepoint site, correct? Please clarify , Also please let me know on which type site templates this viva connectons would work?

and one more question, when I download the script as per the MS video, I should see it as per the highlighted with red color in the attached screenshot instead I am seeing files with different in blue color, Please help here also.

and while executing the script after entering home site URL, giving error attached in the screenshot "error" Thank u.

not showing upload option in the middle to upload the image, what to do now? Please help , PFA "not showing"

Looks like finally I got it, but I am not finding upload option to upload in the admin centre.
