Dear [IT Team / Microsoft 365 Admin],

I hope you’re doing well. I’m reaching out to request your assistance regarding an issue I encountered today with Microsoft Forms.

I have created around 25 survey forms under my account for our field surveyors, but as of now, all the forms have disappeared from my account. When I tried to access or open them, the system showed an error message saying:

“Sorry, something went wrong. There’s too many actions being performed at the moment on your form. Please come back later and try again.”

Below are the technical details from the error page for your reference:

Session ID: xxxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxx

Correlation ID: xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxx

Could you please help check whether my forms can be recovered or restored? If needed, I can provide the account name and the approximate creation date/time for your verification.

Thank you very much for your support.

Best regards, xxx xxxx xxxxx

    Hi VAN PichHatha,

Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A Forum and sharing the situation you're experiencing with your survey forms.

I understand how important these forms are for your field operations, and I am sorry to hear that you're currently unable to access them. The error message you received: “Sorry, something went wrong. There’s too many actions being performed at the moment on your form. Please come back later and try again”, typically indicates a temporary service disruption or performance overload.

Unfortunately, we do not have access to individual customer accounts or data, so we're unable to directly retrieve or restore your forms. However, here are a few steps you can try:

    1. Wait and Retry: If this is a temporary issue, waiting a short while and trying again may resolve it.
    2. Clear Cache and Cookies: Sometimes browser cache can interfere with form loading. Try clearing your cache or using a different browser.
    3. Check Microsoft Forms Portal: Visit https://forms.office.com and sign in to see if your forms appear under "My Forms."
    4. Use a Different Network or Device: Occasionally, network restrictions or device-specific issues can affect access.
    5. Contact Microsoft Support: For account-specific recovery, I recommend contacting Microsoft 365 support directly. They can securely verify your account and investigate further.

If you have the account name and approximate creation dates, please keep that information handy when contacting support, it will help expedite the process.

I appreciate your patient and hope this issue is resolved quickly.
