Hello Milosz Motyl,
Thank you for reaching out in Microsoft Q&A forum.
I understand you’re frustrated because your OneDrive account is still frozen even after upgrading to 100 GB storage.
About your issue, try to log out of OneDrive on all devices, then sign back in to refresh your account status. Then open OneDrive app again (Windows or mobile) > Tap your profile icon (top-right corner) > Select Settings > Account > Check Storage. It should display 100 GB total and current usage.
You can try to clear cache:
- Open Settings on your Android device.
- Scroll down and tap Apps or Apps & notifications.
- Find and select OneDrive.
- Tap Storage & cache (or just Storage depending on your device).
- Tap Clear Cache. (Do NOT tap Clear Data unless you want to reset the app completely.)
- After clearing the cache, open OneDrive, sign out, and sign back in to refresh your account status.
If the payment didn’t fully process, the upgrade might not apply. Try to verify your billing info again.
If the account still shows frozen after these checks, use https://support.microsoft.com/contactus > type OneDrive issue > click Contact Support > choose Microsoft and Office 365 and Technical support > then chat with a support agent.
