Are you trying to change it from your Windows 11 computer settings, or directly from the Outlook/Hotmail website?
Also, are you currently stuck on the Windows Hello sign-in screen when trying to log in?

If you just want to change your Microsoft account password (which also affects your Outlook email), you can follow these steps:

Go to the Microsoft account recovery page: https://account.live.com/password/reset
Select "I forgot my password", then click Next.
Enter the email address or phone number linked to your Microsoft account and follow the on-screen instructions.

If you don’t have access to any of the recovery options listed, click on “I don’t have any of these” and fill out the form as accurately as possible. Microsoft uses that information to verify your identity.

I can only access without password in my intel core ULTRA 5. On other computers, I can only access with entering my email address and having to use code or security key or password

hi, i'm back, so a few months after i asked this question, i made a passkey. Still same thing, i can ONLY do it in this computer, so i'm editing this question
