Timeout when I try to login to my Microsoft Account in Minecraft Dungeons

Hello,

I've recently bought Minecraft Dungeons for windows, which I installed from the Microsoft Store. When I open my Minecraft Launcher where I have my Microsoft account logged, I can press the play button and normally start the game.
I have previously played Minecraft Dungeons on my Xbox One on the same account logged in my Minecraft Launcher.
What happens is, when I open the game and press a key to start, it opens a window with a form to write my Microsoft email and password in order to login to my account and get my progress from the Xbox, which, from what I know, is possible.
The problem is, when I write down my password and press enter, the window turns gray and does not show me the "logged in" screen or something similar, it stays like that for a while and then gives me a timeout message:{"version":1,"currentRequests":101,"maxRequests":100,"periodInSeconds":600,"limitType":"Rate"}
I've tried to clean up the Microsoft store cache, the Minecraft Dungeons Log in tokens, flush my DNS, restart the computer, even logging out and in of my account on the launcher, nothing worked. The only thing that happened was, once the game oppened, skipped the login screen, and gave me the "choose your character" screen, followed by the game tutorial. On the character screen there were skins from DLCs (because I bought the ultimate edition) and also skins from passes, which I didn't understand why I had them. Also the name on the top left corner was the same name as my microsoft account (or the name on the launcher if that means anything). As I didn't have my progress after finishing the tutorial, I relaunched the game and this time got the same login problem with the timeout message.
I really want to solve this because I payed a lot for the ultimate edition, and it's the second time I buy it since I bought it for the xbox too. I want to play it but having my progress back. Can anyone help?

    It sounds like you're experiencing a timeout issue when trying to log into your Microsoft account in Minecraft Dungeons. This can happen due to several reasons, including service outages or issues with your account settings. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot the problem:

    1. Check Xbox Services Status: Sometimes, Xbox services may be down, which can affect your ability to log in. You can check the status of Xbox services on the Xbox Status page.
    2. Ensure Your Game is Xbox Services-Enabled: Make sure that Minecraft Dungeons is Xbox services-enabled. You can verify this by going to the Partner Center and checking your game settings.
    3. Update Gaming Services and Xbox App: Ensure that both Gaming Services and the Xbox App are up to date. You can do this through the settings in Add or Remove Programs. If they are not up to date, you may need to reinstall them using PowerShell commands as described in the troubleshooting documentation.
    4. Try Logging in Again: If you experience the timeout again, try restarting the login process and entering your credentials again. Sometimes, simply retrying can resolve temporary issues.
    5. Check for Multiple Accounts: Ensure that you are using the correct Microsoft account. Sometimes, users have multiple accounts that can cause confusion during login.

    If the problem persists after trying these steps, consider reaching out to Microsoft support for further assistance, as they may be able to provide more specific guidance based on your account and game setup.

    Hi! I had the same problem and this work for me:

    • Go to: %LocalAppData%\Dungeons\Saved
    • Delete the webcache.
    • Open the game again.

    ¡Hope this helps!
