I just had a an email saying my password was changed and when I tried to log in to stop it I got the response saying that there is no account tied to the email. I can't reset my password or use account recovery as the account says it no longer exsists

this is not helpful I have already tried this and said in my original question that I can't use it as when I put in my email it says that there is no account tied to that email
