    What was the specific name of the product you purchased from Best Buy? For example, is it called Microsoft 365 Personal (which is a subscription version for one user)?

    If you sign in to your associated account at https://account.microsoft.com/services , what information do you see there? Is there an option for recurring billing and are you able to turn off that option?
