I am not able to troubleshoot with any of the troubleshooting methods given

May I please know what are all the recovery options you tried on the Windows Recovery Environment (WinRE) screen?
Startup Repair, System Restore, Uninstall Updates, etc...
If these methods did not resolve your issue, you can try the System Recovery Method without affecting your Personal Files.
Select Troubleshoot > Reset this PC > Keep my files and proceed with Local reinstallation.
I have tried out all the options available in the blue screen which comes in.
Not even the reset the system is not working.Nothing is happening.
I think my windows is struck after updating.
