    Dear steven martinez,

Thank you for posting on the Microsoft Q&A forum.

Based on the information in your message, here’s a clear breakdown of what to expect and what you can do.

Typical Recovery Time: Most suspended account forms are reviewed within 24 to 72 hours. A 4-day wait, including a weekend, is not unusual due to high volume.

How to Verify it Was Sent: You should have received an immediate, automated email confirmation to your account's alternate email. If you did not get this, the form may not have submitted correctly.

    Recommended Action:

    1. Check your Spam/Junk folder thoroughly for any messages from Microsoft.
    2. If you find no confirmation or response, your best course of action is to carefully resubmit the form to ensure it's in the queue. Use the official Reinstatement Form

The delay is likely a backlog, not an error on your part. Resubmitting is the standard procedure to confirm your request is active, but don't submit too much at the same time, as this will clog the queue, making it longer.

I hope this answer provide some immediate relief and guidance.
