Outlook working on i-phone but not PC

I just purchased a new computer and Windows 11. Since then I have been having problems accessing my outlook email on my i-phone, doesn't accept my password and also now won't let me change it either. Outlook email on my PC is still working fine for the same account.

May I please know exactly what issue you’re facing when trying to reset the password for your Outlook account?

1. Open an incognito tab on any web browser and paste the link below to reset your password. https://account.live.com/ResetPassword.aspx
2. Get the verification code to your alternate email address or Phone number.
3. Enter the verification code to successfully reset your Password.

On your iPhone, Open Outlook > Select your Profile picture > Click Settings > Accounts > Your Outlook account, then click Remove account.

Sign in with your Outlook email with your new password.
