Access to everyone in the organisation

Hello

Please i need your help on this issue.

This is to check to see if there is a way to give access to everyone in the organisation the access to download the transcripts, meeting recordings of previous meetings scheduled?

 Is there a way for us to enable those setting.

I am usually the person who sets up meetings and would like all of the meetings to have this setting enabled so that it gets easier for everyone in the team to view recordings. 

 

Let me know in case of the best possible solution/way to change the settings.

Hi Rita,

Yes it is possible however you will to allow users in the Org to access specific storage or SP site that will host the recordings and transcript, detailed process and guide is over here https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/tmr-meeting-recording-change
