Hi Brett,
Try setting the TCP/Ip stack. Open CMD as admin and type these commands one by one:
netsh int
ip reset netsh
winsock reset
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew
ipconfig /flushdns
Let me know how it goes.

I have recently purchased a new laptop, and while it did connect to the internet for a while, it no longer has the desire to join.
Right now it is connected and secured, but it says there is no internet. (The network is indeed working as I am writing on it via a different device)
When I go on the help section it says the the Wi-Fi adaptor isn’t working properly.
I have restarted the adaptor a few times. (That didn’t work)
I have restarted the PC a few times. (That didn’t work)
I have carried out a Network Reset twice.
Would anybody have a tip or two?
