I keep getting told since September 2025 to renew my subscription even though I am on automatic monthly payments through my bank and have not missed a payment since 2019 I tried using the chat option and she told me to send her a screenshot of my payment. That was 3 days ago and the only reply I got was that the chat was closed, but I can click on the link. I did click on the link, and it said the chat was not available. What happened to my screenshot? I cannot afford two separate accounts.

    Hello,

Normally you should not be getting notifications to renew your subscription if you’re on autopay, did you check where these messages are coming from and if the email address is legitimate? This is a common scam tactic where you’re sent a fake email about a subscription you didn’t pay even though you already did, to try and get your bank details.

Since you only provided your receipt there’s not much else the chatter can do, no extra subscription will be added on top of your existing one.

If you wish to double check you can view your order history and subscriptions through this link.

    Hope this helps,

    JC
