Hello @Pooja C,
Good day! Thank you for posting your valuable question on Microsoft Q&A forum.
To assist you more accurately, could you first let us know where you accessed and completed the course? Was it through:
- A direct link (such as Microsoft Learn),
- A Microsoft email invitation,
- Or a partner platform?
This will help us understand the context and check the correct certificate requirements.
Additionally, to better understand your progress, please take screenshots of the following areas from the platform:
- Course Overview Page
- Navigate to the course or learning path titled "Lean AI and Gen AI Basics" and capture the full list of modules included.
2. Your Progress Page: If you completed your modules through Microsoft Learn:
- While signed in to Microsoft Learn, click your profile name in the top-right corner.
- Select “Credentials” > “Certifications”, and capture the section showing which modules you've completed and whether a certificate or badge is available.
- Certificate or Badge Section (if available)
- If you see a certificate or badge listed under “Achievements” please capture that as well.
Once we have this information, we’ll be able to guide you more effectively on how to obtain your certificate.
In the meantime, if you would like more direct and timely assistance, you can also contact the Microsoft Credentials Support team, who specialize in certificate and badge issues. They’ll be able to look into your account and course history in more detail:
- Go to this link: https://aka.ms/credentialssupport > Sign in using the Microsoft account you used for your certification exam.
- Click “Continue” to proceed to the Support portal.
- Fill in all necessary contact information.
- Click “Save” to submit your contact details.
- Go back to the same link by open it in the new tab: https://aka.ms/credentialssupport
- This time, the system will auto-fill:
- Product Family: Learning
- Service: Microsoft Credentials
- Complete the support request form including for all the Steps.
- Submit the ticket and wait for Microsoft to respond via your preferred contact method.
Please note that it may take up to 72 business hours for the support team to respond.
While we're happy to help guide you through checking your course progress, please note that we don't have access to individual learning records or certificate details. These are managed by the Microsoft Credentials Support team, who specialize in resolving certificate-related issues such as missing achievements, badge visibility, and account-specific learning history.
If you need any further assistance, please feel free to reply. Have a nice day and stay healthy!
