    Dear @Goswami, Sourav

Good day! Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum!

Based on your description, I understand that you’re experiencing an issue where no data is appearing in Excel, and you’re unable to open the sheet.

I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by this issue.

To understand the situation better and provide you with the most suitable support, could you confirm the following information:

    • What version of Excel are you using? You could check via File > Account > About Excel
    • Is the Excel file stored locally or on OneDrive/SharePoint?
    • What is the file size and format (.xlsx, .xls, .csv)?
    • What happens when you try to open the sheet? (e.g., error message, blank screen, Excel freezes) If there is an error code, could you please provide a screenshot of it so that I could have a visual reference and more information on it?
    • Are you able to open other Excel files without issues?
    • Are you the author of the Excel file or was it shared by someone else?
    • Can you open the affected Excel file on Excel on the web?
    • Is this happening on one device or multiple devices? Could you test opening the file on another advice and let me know what happens? This could help isolate the issue.

Your confirmation would be very helpful in ensuring you receive the most suitable support!

If you’re able to share a bit more about your situation, I might be able to suggest some helpful next steps.

Kindly let me know when there are updates or if you need further assistance. Any updates you’re able to share would be really helpful. I appreciate your time and look forward to hearing how things are going!

Thank you for your time and patience.
