    Hello @Chan Wai Shing, Andy,

Good day! Thank you for posting your valuable question on Microsoft Q&A forum.

Before we provide an accurate solution, could you please help confirm the following details:

    • Are you signing in with a personal account (e.g., Hotmail, Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook.com) or a work/school account (e.g., one associated with your organization’s domain) for Excel?
    • Are you using Excel web version or desktop app?
    • What is your Excel version? To check this, go to File > Account > Look under "About Excel"
    • Are you trying to remove Power Query queries and data connections that were created in an Excel workbook?
    • Have you tried to remove the Queries and Connections before? If yes, can you tell what steps did you take or any documents you refer to resolve this case?

This information will help us better understand your situation and provide the most suitable solution.

Please understand that our initial response does not always resolve the issue immediately. However, with your help and more detailed information, we can work together to find a solution.

Note: Please follow the steps in our documentation to enable e-mail notifications if you want to receive the related email notification for this thread.
