Hello Chaitanya, thanks for posting this in our community.

You might want to try using the System File Checker tool. In some cases, this may not resolve the issue, especially if the boot binary is severely corrupted. Many users have found that when standard recovery options fail, performing a clean install after backing up important data is the most reliable solution.

    Kind regards,

    John Oli

Please show the list of partitions on Disk 1.

    Also, run:

    bcdedit | find "osdevice"
    diskpart
    sel vol 3
    assign letter=W
    list vol
    exit

    and post the output.

Exit Diskpart by running exit. Don't exit the Command Prompt, though.

    Run:

    xcopy /h W:\EFI\Microsoft\Boot\BCD D:\

    format W: /fs:FAT32 /q

    bcdboot D:\Windows /s W: /f UEFI

When prompted to enter the current volume label, press Enter.

When prompted to type the new volume label, type EFI and hit Enter.

Great news. Can you run a fresh Farbar scan in Safe mode and post the logs?
