- Account security blocks: Sometimes, email providers block sending if they see unusual activity. Log in through the web and see if there are any security alerts.
- Browser or extension conflicts: Try sending in a private or incognito window, or use a totally different browser.
- Email service outage: See if your provider has a status page to see if there's a temporary problem.
Have you tried logging in the Outlook web app?
What error message do you get when sending the emails?
