To resolve being locked out of your Microsoft account due to a lost Authenticator token and no access to your recovery email. first try signing in from a trusted device to bypass MFA if unsuccessful submit the Microsoft Account Recovery Form at account.live.com/acsr with detailed account info from a previously used device then visit support.microsoft.com/contactus select “Can’t Sign In” and click “Contact Support” to request help from the Data Protection Team with identity verification especially if you're the sole admin on a business account alternatively. create a new Microsoft 365 trial tenant and submit a support ticket referencing your original tenant to escalate recovery.
Can you confirm whether you've previously signed in to your Microsoft account from a trusted device or network, and if so, have you tried accessing it from that same environment to bypass MFA?
