We have a Microsoft Volume License Campus 3 agreement. I am unable to view the keys for Windows 10 Extended Security 2025 per device. I'm to see that the purchase was made.

    Hi Mike Scofield,

Regarding your issue with not being able to view the Windows 10 Extended Security Updates (ESU) 2025 per-device keys under your Microsoft Volume License Campus 3 Agreement, please follow the steps below to verify your access:

    1. Sign in to the Volume Licensing Service Center (VLSC) at https://www.microsoft.com/licensing/servicecenter using the account associated with your Campus 3 agreement.
    2. From the top menu, go to Licenses > Relationship Summary, then click on the corresponding License ID.
    3. Next, open the Product Keys tab to view your available license keys.

Please note that in some cases, ESU 2025 keys may take 3–5 business days to appear after purchase, depending on the agreement processing timeline. If the keys are still not visible after that period, we recommend contacting the Microsoft Licensing Service Center (MLSC) through the Contact Us section on the VLSC website, or reaching out to your reseller to confirm the ESU order has been correctly linked to your agreement (Agreement Number / License ID).

I hope this information is useful.. If it is, don't forget to "Accept the answer" so that others could benefit too. Thank you :)
