It’s possible your email account is under a “soft hold,” which can happen if your mailbox is full or if Microsoft flagged your account for suspicious activity. You can start by checking your account status at account.microsoft.com to see if there are any alerts or issues.
Try sending a test email to your address from another account like (Gmail or Yahoo). If the message bounces, take note of the error message as it can help identify the problem. If the message doesn’t arrive and there’s no bounce, it may be a mail flow issue or something that needs further investigation by support.
