- Are you using the New Outlook interface or the Classic Outlook?
- Are you accessing Outlook on Windows, Mac, or the web version?
- What specific folders are you expecting to see but aren't (system folders like "Sent Items," "Drafts," "Archive," "Junk Email" or custom, personal folders you created yourself)?
- If you log in to the administrator account via Outlook web, do you see all the expected folders there?
- Do you see the small arrow > next to the main mailbox to expand it?
- Is there any error message showing? If yes, can you share the full wording of the error?
