    Hi @Jackie Kropman

Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.

To help you resolve this concern, could you provide us with more detailed information? We greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

    • Is your administrator account added as an Exchange, Microsoft 365, IMAP or POP3 account?
    • Are you using the New Outlook interface or the Classic Outlook?
    • Are you accessing Outlook on Windows, Mac, or the web version?
    • What specific folders are you expecting to see but aren't (system folders like "Sent Items," "Drafts," "Archive," "Junk Email" or custom, personal folders you created yourself)?
    • If you log in to the administrator account via Outlook web, do you see all the expected folders there?
    • Do you see the small arrow > next to the main mailbox to expand it?
    • Is there any error message showing? If yes, can you share the full wording of the error?

If possible, please share us a screenshot of your issue so we can have a clear understanding about your situation to provide the most appropriate solution.

Please understand that our initial response does not always resolve the issue immediately. However, with your help and more detailed information, we can work together to find a solution.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. I'm looking forward to your reply.
