Urgent: AZ-400 Certification Not Generated After Passing Exam

I recently appeared for the Microsoft Certification Exam AZ-400 on October 31, 2025, and I am pleased to inform you that I passed the examination.

However, I have noticed that the certificate has not yet been generated in my certification dashboard. I can only see the exam listed under the “Past Exams” section, but the corresponding certificate is not available for download.

As I require this certificate on an urgent basis, I kindly request you to look into the issue and resolve it at the earliest.

That is because you haven't earnt the certification. Exams are not certifications. The AZ-400 exam is only part of the requirements for the Azure DevOps Engineer Expert certification. You must also hold an active Azure Administrator or Azure Developer Associate certification.
