Hi @Sytze Notebomer
Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A Forum.
With Outlook errors 5objp, these errors typically occur during sign-in on Android devices, especially after device migrations, app updates, or when cached credentials conflict with the authentication flow.
You can try the following troubleshoot step to fix this issue:
- Remove old accounts from device settings
- Go to Settings → Accounts → Manage accounts.
- Delete any duplicate or old Microsoft/Work accounts.
- Clear Outlook app cache and data
- Settings → Apps → Outlook → Storage → Clear Cache & Clear Data.
- Reinstall Outlook
- Uninstall Outlook → Reboot → Turn off Auto Sync Data → Reinstall from Play Store.
- You can find Auto Sync Data at the bottom of "Manage Accounts" section.
- Sign in using the full UPN format
- For school accounts, use your organization’s domain.
- This forces a fresh authentication session.
