Cant verify Business on Bing

Question

I am trying to verify on Bing for Business, but it only offers the option of mail. When I click in to verify by mail, it does not recognize the address. It is new construction, and is a new lot, but the pictures I uploaded show the place, and is verified on my website.

I have sat on the chat, 3 different times, and get to next in line and no one ever shows up. Its getting kind of old.... why is there not a way to email or have someone actually respond? Or give me a different option to verify?

Hi there. I understand how frustrating this must be. Since your address is new, Bing’s system may not recognize it yet.

The best step is to confirm your location appears correctly on Bing Maps by using the “Report a problem” option to submit the new address. Once it’s added, try the mail verification again. Have you already submitted the address update on Bing Maps?

If not, that’s the first step before Bing Places can verify your business.

Well its been a little over an hour In #1 on chrome now, and #21 on Edge its 3:39pm

Now its 4:17 pm

If you dont want to actually help customers why do you pretend to have a chat bot? This is kind of a joke
