If the initial October update (KB5066835) is continually trying to be installed, check the Update History, is the KB5070773 out of band update that was released to fix bugs in the October update also installed on your system?

OS: Windows 11 Pro 25H2
Windows Update has already installed KB5066835, but the system keeps prompting for a restart. I’ve already rebooted several times, yet it still says a restart is required. Please help.
