My outlook account, which has been locked due to an alleged policy violation. I believe this is a false or mistaken report.

I have never engaged in any inappropriate, unethical, or suspicious activity on my account. This email and associated OneDrive contain my personal and professional files — including my building construction drawings, DocuSign files, and other important documents representing my life’s work. I am now unable to access any of these critical materials.

Sometimes, my kids use this same laptop to play games. If something was unknowingly downloaded or an accidental action occurred that may have triggered this issue, I sincerely apologise. Please understand this was never intentional, and I am requesting your kind help to recover access to my account.

I've done the forms multiple times. It's over a month no update form Microsoft.
Can some please help. All my docs are in one drive that I can not access.
