(Invoice number PII Removed) Invoice Nr. / Abo

Guten Tag,

wir haben schon länger ein Abo und bekommen monatlich eine Rechnung, dies ist die akutelle Rechnungsnummer PII Removed Jetzt haben wir eine Adressänderung bzw. Firmenwortlaut. Ich habe zwei Microsoft Konten: PII Removed**@hotmail.com** und PII Removed**@PII Removed.com.**

Ich finde allerdings in keinem dieser Konten das Abo zu dieser Rechnung und kann somit die Rechnungsadresse nicht änder, können Sie mir sagen zu welcher E-Mailadresse/Benutzername dieses Abo gehört? Ich weiß leider nicht, wo ich mich sonst noch anmelden kann. Es kann sich auch um ein altes Konto handeln, das ich nicht mehr kenne.

We have had a subscription for some time and receive a monthly invoice — the current invoice number is PII Removed.

We recently changed our address and company name. I have two Microsoft accounts: PII Removed**@hotmail.com** and PII Removed**@PII Removed.com**.

However, I cannot find the subscription associated with this invoice in either of these accounts, and therefore I am unable to update the billing address. Could you please tell me which email address or username this subscription is linked to? Unfortunately, I no longer remember where else I might be able to log in. It might also be connected to an old account that I no longer use.

• Was this subscription purchased directly from Microsoft or through a partner?
• Are you the Billing admin or Global of your organization?

According to this article: View your invoice in the Microsoft 365 admin center, kindly try the following suggestions to check your invoice details:

• Sign in to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center as the Billing Admin/Global Admin
• Go to https://admin.microsoft.com and sign in with the account you believe is linked to the subscription.
• Navigate to Billing > Bills & Payments.
• Locate the invoice number to confirm which subscription it belongs to
• If the invoice does not appear under the current account, select Change billing account to view invoices associated with another possible billing account
• Once you identify the correct account: Update Billing Information by going to Billing > Payment settings to update the billing address
