Hello,
I've been having an issue with my authenticator app for a few months now. I've tried everything I can think of from uninstalling the app and reinstalling it on my phone, to wiping out all my credentials on the app to start fresh. I work for a company outside of my region. To be able to access my company emails I need to sign in with the authenticator app. When I sign into my work email account, it asks for my authenticator code, but the app does not give me a code. It does not give me anything. I'm not sure what else to do, and I really need access my work emails. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
