When trying to create a meeting, I save the meeting and the meeting link that is created is for half an hour, not three and the meeting link is not created.

Hi MattG, thanks for posting. This usually happens when the meeting details aren’t fully saved or the Teams calendar isn’t syncing correctly.

First, make sure you’re scheduling through the Teams Calendar or Outlook with the Teams add-in, not just creating an appointment. Second, confirm the start and end times before saving Teams defaults to 30 minutes if the duration isn’t set. Last, click Send after adding participants; the meeting link is only generated when the invite is sent. If the issue persists, clear the Teams cache or sign out and back in to refresh the calendar sync.

Are there any error messages appearing when you try to save or send the meeting? Kindly share them here so we can check further.

If this helps, feel free to mark the answer as accepted so others can find it too.

    Best,
    Carl
