That stall usually means a corrupted pack or cached data is blocking the load. Do a clean pack and cache reset while keeping your worlds safe.
Close the Minecraft Launcher and the Xbox app. Press
Windows+R, paste this exactly, then pressEnter:%localappdata%\Packages\Microsoft.MinecraftUWP_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalState\games\com.mojangIn the folder that opens, open the
minecraftWorldsfolder and copy it somewhere safe like your Desktop. That is your backup.Go back one level to the
com.mojangfolder and rename these folders so the game stops using them on next launch:resource_packstoresource_packs.old,behavior_packstobehavior_packs.old,skin_packstoskin_packs.old,development_resource_packstodevelopment_resource_packs.old,development_behavior_packstodevelopment_behavior_packs.old. If any of them are missing, that is fine. Now clear the app cache. Press
Windows+Ragain and open%localappdata%\Packages\Microsoft.MinecraftUWP_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache. Delete everything insideLocalCache. Do not touch your backup.Start Minecraft for Windows from the Launcher again. The first launch may take a little longer because it rebuilds the cache and will redownload any Marketplace content as needed. If it opens normally, you can copy your worlds back only if you had moved them out. Add packs back later one by one to find the one that breaks the load, if any.
Tell me what happens after this exact reset. If it is still stuck, I will move you to the next fix.

2025-11-05T21:24:55.6633333+00:00 If Minecraft Bedrock is stuck at the loading screen, there are a few troubleshooting steps you can try:
- Ensure your Gaming Services are up to date: Sometimes, outdated Gaming Services can cause issues. You can check for updates in the Add or Remove Programs section of your settings. To force an update, you can use PowerShell:
- Launch PowerShell as an administrator and enter
"get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-AppxPackage -allusers" - Then, in the same PowerShell window, enter "start ms-windows-store://pdp/?productid=9MWPM2CQNLHN" to reinstall the Gaming Services.
- Launch PowerShell as an administrator and enter
- Check for Windows Updates: Make sure your Windows is up to date, as updates can fix bugs and improve performance.
- Repair the Minecraft App: If you haven't already, you can try repairing the app through the settings. Go to Add or Remove Programs, find Minecraft, and select the option to repair.
- Check your internet connection: A poor or unstable internet connection can cause loading issues. Ensure your connection is stable.
- Firewall settings: Sometimes, firewall settings can block necessary connections. Ensure that Minecraft is allowed through your firewall.
If the problem persists after trying these steps, you may want to reach out to Minecraft support for further assistance.

2025-11-25T17:18:44.19+00:00 Same issue but on multiple platforms (switch 2 and PC, windows 11). I doubt its a PC issue at this point as both switch 2 and PC have the same issue at the same point in the loading screen.
