For azure for Students subscriptions, region access is limited by design. You cannot request additional regions or lift restrictions through a support ticket. To use more regions or services, upgrade to a Pay-As-You-Go subscription.

Azure for Students subscriptions have policy-enforced restrictions on allowed regions and quotas. These limitations are part of the offer terms and cannot be modified. Region access requests for this subscription type are not supported.
Free subscriptions including Azure Free Account and Azure for Students aren't eligible for limit or quota changes. If you have a free subscription, you can upgrade to pay-as-you-go subscription.
