Subject: Complaint Regarding Poor Customer Service Experience

To Whom It May Concern,

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the customer service I received from Microsoft Support. My recent experience was frustrating and disappointing, and I feel compelled to bring it to your attention.

Despite multiple attempts to resolve my issue, I encountered the following problems:

  • Long wait times with no resolution.
  • Unhelpful or scripted responses that did not address my concerns.
  • Lack of follow-up or accountability from support agents.
  • I have added all the case numbers below, I talked with the following people Jatin, Agnal, Anish, Ankush and Abashak. The last 2 hung up when I explained the issues.
  • I just want to get this working. I paid for the product and it has not worked properly since I bought it back in May.

As a loyal Microsoft customer, I expected a higher standard of support and professionalism. Unfortunately, this experience has left me feeling undervalued and dissatisfied.

I kindly request that this complaint be reviewed and that appropriate action be taken to improve the quality of customer service. I would also appreciate a follow-up regarding this matter and a resolution to my original issue.

Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Sincerely, Craig Channell

I've just been on the phone 4 1/2 hours; passed around 5 times; with their "chat" -- everything is WORSE and I still haven't talked to a live person. WORST customer service in history. they refuse to talk to you. 100% same issues as original poster. Long wait times with no resolution. Unhelpful or scripted responses that did not address my concerns. Lack of follow-up or accountability from support agents. This monopoly of a company needs broken up. they can get away with garbage because there's no one else.

They've made numerous "profiles" and now all my data is scattered everywhere and I'm unable to even install office to send emails. I hate everything about this company after today. The stoneages with paper and quills were better than this!!!!
