To issue billing for your Microsoft subscription, you will need to update the billing information in the Microsoft 365 admin center. Here are the steps to change the billing address:
- Determine your billing account type: You can find out what type of billing account you have by checking the billing accounts section in the admin center.
- If you have an MCA billing account type:
- Go to the Billing > Billing accounts page in the admin center.
- Select the billing account you want to change.
- Click on the Billing profiles tab and select the billing profile you wish to edit.
- Under Bill-to address, select Edit and update your organization information, then select Save.
- If you have an MOSA billing account type:
- Go to the Billing > Bills & payments page in the admin center.
- Select the Payment methods tab, choose a payment method, and then select Edit to update the billing information.
Make sure to enter the correct name, address, and GST number as per your requirements. Note that you cannot change the country/region for your subscription once it is set.
