Outlook PWA is Outlook on the web in a Chrome wrapper, so the date you see comes from Outlook's own Language and time settings, not from Windows or Chrome. You cannot apply a fully custom pattern like
Thursday, 06-November-2025everywhere in the list, but you can switch to a locale and date format that shows the weekday and full month when you open a message, and a longer date style across the app.Open the Outlook PWA, click the gear icon at the top right, type
Languagein the search box, then open** Language and time**. Set Language to a locale that uses long dates with month names, for exampleEnglish United Kingdom. In Date format pick an option that spells the month, for example06 November 2025. Choose your Time format if you want, then Save and let the app reload.After this, when you open any email you will see a header like
Thu, 06 November 2025with the day name. In the message list itself Outlook still uses a compact date to keep the list readable, but if you hover the date you will get the full timestamp with the weekday.If you specifically need the long date to show directly in the list view for every message, Outlook PWA does not offer that today. If that is a must have, tell me and I will show you how to submit it through Feedback in the app so it reaches the Outlook team.

Instead of using the Outlook (PWA), I installed new Outlook for desktop (windows) and it shows the day, date and time of mail received.
