Can't open Microsoft 356 Office. Error code 0x426-0x0.

Opened computer and found "OneStart" finishing installation. Tried opening Outlook and then other MS 365 and Office apps and got error code Error code 0x426-0x0. Checks apps list and only resent installs were for MS 365 Co-Pilot (today) and MS OneDrive (yesterday) and Windows Clock (yesterday).

I opened service request 7090737556 but now cannot find it.

Any suggestions?

    Hi,

Use the Office troubleshooter to remove any Office installations:

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/uninstall-microsoft-365-or-office-from-a-pc-9dd49b83-264a-477a-8fcc-2fdf5dbf61d8

Select the button below to start the uninstall troubleshooter.

Then do the following: Open the command prompt (admin) and run the commands: sfc /scannow and dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth, wait for the process to finish and restart the computer.

    Install offline: https://officecdn.microsoft.com/db/492350F6-3A01-4F97-B9C0-C7C6DDF67D60/media/en-US/O365HomePremRetail.img

After the download is complete, disconnect from the internet > right click > select Mount > go to Windows Explorer > My Computer > select the Office icon > right click > open > Go to the office folder > Go to setup64.exe

Give feedback if the information was useful or not.

    Thanks
