Problem with Microsoft teams shift notifications

Shift notifications on mobile started not working for me since yesterday. Other notifications work, like channel, but shift notifications only appear on activity feed, which makes me miss a lot of shifts. I've doubled checked my notification settings were on for shifts, tried to clear shift data and reinstalled the app, but that didn't fix it. Also doubled checked laptop settings but it looked fine. How do I fix this since I'm missing a lot of shifts

    Hi @Emma Larson,

Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.

It seems you're experiencing an issue where Shift notifications aren't appearing properly on your mobile device, even though other notifications are working. Since you've already tried a few troubleshooting steps without success, here are some additional things you can try to resolve the issue:

    1. Check shifts notification settings
    • Open the Teams mobile app.
    • Navigate to Settings > Notifications > Shifts.
    • Make sure Allow notifications is turned ON.
    • Set the notification type to Banner and Feed (not just Feed).
    1. Verify device notification permissions
    • On your phone, go to Settings > Apps > Microsoft Teams > Notifications.
    • Confirm that notifications are enabled.
    • Ensure that Focus Mode, Battery Saver, or Do Not Disturb aren’t blocking notifications.
    1. Sign out and back in
    • Log out of the Teams mobile app: choose your profile picture in the top-left corner > scroll down and tap Settings > sign out.
    • Sign back in to refresh the app’s settings: reopen the Teams app > sign back in using your work or school account credentials.
    1. Contact your IT admin

If the issue still persists, I recommend contacting your IT admin to check if there have been any changes in the Teams admin center that could affect shift notifications. If needed, they can submit a support ticket via the Microsoft 365 admin center for further assistance.

Note: Please understand that our initial response does not always resolve the issue immediately. However, with your help and more detailed information, we can work together to find a solution.

Thank you for your patience and your understanding. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out.

I'm looking forward to your reply.
