Emails sent with a BCC to a distribution list won't send

I have 3 distribution lists I send emails to my small business clients. 2 of the 3 work fine. But the 3rd one doesn't work. I click send and nothing happens. I open the distribution list to list out the individual names but it still won't send. I've re-done the group twice. Any idea why this happens?

    Hi, thanks for reaching out.

    Is the problem group stored in your Outlook mailbox or only in the desktop app’s local contacts? Outlook sends to groups only when they are saved in your mailbox and all addresses are valid. Check the group in Outlook on the web under People, confirm each address works, then recreate the group there if you only see it on the desktop app. Let me know how it goes.
