Hi! Check in View if there's an option to display the Search Bar.

If the problem persists, go to your Microsoft Account > Subscriptions > Install Microsoft 365 apps > Reinstall Office with Outlook included.

If you're using Tahoe there have been a number of UI compatibility issues. Be sure to apply all updates to both it & Office — Tahoe now is at 26.1 & Office should be at 16.102.3 or later depending on update channel.
