Comments removed and cannot appeal

Question

I had two comments removed for supposedly violating the terms of service, but no reason was given as to why. When I look up how to appeal, it says "if you are eligible to appeal, the notice will provide you with details on how to do so." But there is no information about appealing the decision in the notice, and if I cannot appeal, it should tell me.

I cannot think of anything in my comments that would have violated it. Certainly not anything as egregious as public comments I have seen from many other users.

I am not holding out any hope that this will be resolved, judging by other similar issues I have seen from other people years ago that apparently still have not been resolved. But I am submitting this so that there is yet another public record.
