Unable to complete order. 'This order cannot be completed at this time. Please try again later.' and Microsoft Rewards account issue

I am facing an issue while redeeming a gift card through Microsoft Rewards. Initially, I received the following error: "The order cannot be completed. This order cannot be completed at this time. Please try again later. If you're unable to complete this order after 24 hours, contact customer support." After clicking "Contact customer support", I received a second error message: "YourUser's image

Microsoft Rewards account isn't following the rules you agreed to when you joined the programme. Review these policies in the Microsoft Services Agreement governing the programme which you accepUser's image

ted when joining." I am certain that I am not using a VPN/proxy and am only taking actions in a supported region. I am also not using any automated tools to earn points. Please help me resolve this issue or let me know if I have violated any rules in Microsoft Rewards.

    The most common reason for a rewards account ban is a violation of the Microsoft Services Agreement: https://www.microsoft.com/servicesagreement/

    If you believe this is a mistake, the only way to appeal is to contact Microsoft Rewards support directly by filling out this form. https://rewards.bing.com/support

    Fill out the form completely using your account; otherwise, the fields will be greyed out or disabled. If this happens, consider using a different account. Ensure that you provide all necessary information about your affected account in a single submission to help them better understand the issue.

    Please note that their response time is typically 24 hours, but it may take longer depending on the volume of tickets they are receiving. Thank you.
