My Microsoft account is stuck in an infinite parent/guardian consent loop. I successfully authenticate as a parent/guardian, but after completing consent it immediately redirects back to the same prompt. There are no error codes, just a loop.

Details:

Account type: MSA using Gmail sign-in

Login on multiple devices & browsers → same result

Authentication succeeds → callback fails

Consent status never updates

Not in a Microsoft Family group

Date of birth > 18

No previous parental settings applied

This appears to be a backend state issue — my account is being flagged as a minor, but the consent success is not writing back to the account profile, causing the endless loop.

Request: Please manually remove the minor/child flag or reset the account’s age/consent state in your backend so the account can sign in normally.


I temporarily added it to a Family group so I could sign in, but the account still has the wrong minor/child flag.

My date of birth is correct (>18).
