I just don't know what to do or who to call for service.

Popups from left side of monitor popups from the bottom to top> Popups from right side of monitor. When trying to enter information popups when I try to go back to what I was doing everything is gone. I need someone to look into my whole

system. I depend on my computer for everything. This problem has been on gong for about 3 days I have bills to pay, letters to write, and applications to fill out.

Please someone help me. I am 84 and pretty savy about computers but this has me stumped.

    Hi Mary,

Thank you for posting, I am here to help.

Possible cause is outdated or corrupt printer drivers, a problem with the print spooler service, a poor or incorrect connection (USB or Wi-Fi), a stuck print job in the queue, or printer settings being incorrect.

Printers are essential devices in many homes and workplaces, but they can sometimes run into problems when used with Windows operating systems.

    Please try this following steps:

Sometimes power cycling your printer can resolve the issue. Turn off your printer and unplug it, wait 30 seconds, plug your printer back in, and then turn the printer back on.

    Run printer troubleshooter:

Click Start button and open Settings. Go to System then scroll down below select Troubleshoot. Open Other Troubleshooters and click run under printer. Printer Troubleshooter window will open follow the steps below.
