Is there any solution to this issue? It's clear that Microsoft servers are blocking login codes sent from trustpilot.com. As a result, it is impossible to login to your Trustpilot account. Can Microsoft please address this?
Outlook is blocking login code messages from ******@trustpilot.com even though it is on my safe senders list.
Outlook is blocking login code messages sent from ******@trustpilot.com even though it is on my safe senders list. Are others having this issue? Any suggestions on a fix? I receive all other emails Trustpilot sends me. I've submitted a ticket to Trustpilot but have gotten no response.

Q&A Assist2025-11-07T14:54:21.06+00:00 AI generated content. This question contains an answer created with AI from Q&A Assist. Learn moreIf Outlook is blocking login code messages from a sender that is on your safe senders list, it could be due to several reasons, including potential misclassification of the messages as spam or junk. Here are some suggestions to troubleshoot and potentially fix the issue:
- Check Junk Email Folder: Sometimes, emails from known senders can still end up in the Junk folder. Make sure to check there and mark them as "Not Junk" if found.
- Safe Senders List: Double-check that the email address is correctly added to your Safe Senders list. Sometimes, a small typo can cause issues.
- Trust Email from Contacts: Ensure that the setting to trust email from your contacts is enabled. This can help in preventing legitimate emails from being blocked.
- Report as Not Junk: If you find the emails in the Junk folder, report them as "Not Junk". This helps improve the filtering system.
- Contact Support: Since you've already submitted a ticket to Trustpilot, you might also consider reaching out to Microsoft Support for further assistance, especially if the issue persists.
- Check Email Authentication: Sometimes, issues with email authentication can lead to emails being blocked. Ensure that the sender's domain is properly configured for email authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
These steps should help in resolving the issue with blocked login code messages from Trustpilot.

Thanks for reaching out. I understand you're not receiving login code emails from @trustpilot.com in Outlook, even though you've added the address to your Safe Senders list. That can be really frustrating, especially since other Trustpilot emails are coming through just fine.
This can happen if Outlook or Microsoft’s filters mistakenly block certain types of messages, like login codes, before they reach your inbox. Sometimes, even with Safe Senders list, server-level filtering or missing authentication on the sender’s side can prevent delivery.
I'd suggest checking your Junk, Deleted, and other folders and mark any login code emails as “Not Junk.” Also, make sure the exact sending address is on your Safe Senders list, not just the domain. If the issue continues, Microsoft Support may be able to check if the message is being blocked at the server level.
You may contact Microsoft at this link: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/contactus/
Have you noticed if this only happens with login codes or with other types of emails too?
Let me know and I’ll be happy to help further.
Regards,

2025-11-08T00:08:48.8+00:00 Thanks, Carlo. I worked with Microsoft Support today. All my settings are correct, but I still don't receive the login codes. I receive all other emails from Trustpilot addresses. I have submitted a ticket to Trustpilot too but think this is a Microsoft issue. I say that because I created a new Trustpilot account with my Gmail address and am receiving login codes with no issues. I have my Gmail account as one of my accounts in Outlook desktop and am receiving all login codes sent to my Gmail address. I think Microsoft may be blocking emails from this specific Trustpilot address. If Microsoft could look more into this, that would be greatly appreciated.
