Hi @Matthew Jensen
Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.
Your developer account subscription is renewable only through valid development activity. To extend your subscription, you must actively use it to build and test custom solutions. If no qualifying activity is detected, the subscription will expire and eventually be deleted.
Based on your screenshot, it appears your Microsoft 365 Developer Program subscription has already expired. After expiration, there's a 30-day grace period during which only the admin can access the environment to back up or migrate data. Once 60 days have passed, the subscription and all associated data are permanently deleted.
I understand that waiting 60 days can be incredibly frustrating, especially when you need access immediately. Unfortunately, once a subscription and its data have been permanently deleted, the only available option is to delete your current Developer Program profile and wait another 60 days before you're eligible to request a new subscription.
While it's not an ideal situation, this process is in place to ensure fair access and proper use of the program for all participants.
